REPAIRS:

Complimentary repairs will be honored within 30 days of receiving your order.

Customer is responsible for shipping cost.

Please email and attach photos of your jewelry that needs to be repaired to orders@hookeduphawaii.com

If you need something beyond this time frame repaired contact me and I will see if I can do it.

Customer will be responsible for the cost of the repair materials and shipping.

I LOST AN EARRING

No problem! Contact me for a discount code to use on that specific pair of earrings. If you lose an earring that has been discontinued or no longer available I won’t be able to create itʻs mate.

Contact me within 10 days of receiving your order and I will honor an exchange for the correct size. You will be responsible for shipping costs and subject to a $5 to $10 reworking fee.
