PROCESSING TIME:

Most of our jewelry is made to order unless otherwise indicated.

Please allow 1-2 weeks after your order is placed to be shipped

PRIORITY MAIL VS FIRST CLASS MAIL:

Priority mail is insured- if your package is lost you are able to file a claim for lost, damaged or missing goods. First class mail is not insured.- if your package gets lost in the mail you won’t be able to file a claim or be compensated for missing goods. Tracking information is provided for both shipping methods.

SHIPPING TIME:

First class mail typically takes 3-5 business days and priority mail usually 1-3 business days.

After your order has been shipped and tracking information is provided your package is now under the responsibility of USPS. I am not responsible for lost packages after they have been scanned by USPS.
